Logan officials doubt the delinquent tax list will be published in Hocking County due to lack of appropriation. Auditor W S Yaw says next year's three year list must be published to prepare for property sales, with delinquent taxes around 200 000 though actual totals await year end. Whittemore Act provisions encourage payments, reducing totals by near 100 000 over 2 1/2 years as large companies prepare to pay.
