Athen County jurors award partial damages in riot suit
Rosa Smith won less than a third of his $1,000 damages claim against the Athens County Commissioners for injuries he says he suffered in a July riot. The Common Pleas Court jury awarded $300 after hearing witnesses describe bruising and pain following an attack near Greens Run Picket Camp as Smith rode with three companions.

Columbus April 26 Datshi Bo Harrison former vice president and general counsel of the defunct corporation is up for parole from the state penitentiary where he serves a three to five year term.
