Loeffler Takes Rebuilding Post At Texas A&M Basketball
Loeffler, ex LaSalle coach and national figure, has begun rebuilding the Texas A&M basketball program after taking over a squad that won four games in 1954 55. He plans to recruit tall players, implement an aggressive attack, and develop his own talent, noting a Puerto Rican prospect and several Texas high school standouts as targets. He expects at least two years to field a competitive Aggie team and praises A&M as a strong setting for his plan.
