Open house planned for new regional recycling facility near The Plains
A new materials recovery facility near The Plains will host an open house Friday from 9 am to 2 pm to show single stream recycling and processing. The old Route 13 center at Chauncey becomes a Center for Hard-to-Recycle Materials with fees for CRT monitors TV tubes bulbs and batteries.
