The woman found in the Ohio River at Portsmouth has been identified as Denise Ison, 48, of Ironton, after dental records confirmed the autopsy. Police say Ison reportedly jumped from the Ironton Russell Bridge weeks earlier. the family has been notified and the body released to a funeral home.
