Lawrence E. Bolkey, 29, foreman at Canton Ohio Power substation, was electrocuted at the Pomeroy substation Sunday morning while disconnecting a phase oil switch. He breathed briefly after the current entered his body before dying. his body to be taken to Pittsburgh for burial. He had worked for the Ohio Power company six years and was well regarded by coworkers.
