By order of sale of the Court of Common Pleas Athens County Ohio I will offer for sale at the courthouse door in Athens on Tuesday May 1 1877 at 3 PM several parcels of real estate described by metes and bounds in Section 24 and 25 Town 4 Range 13 including tracts in Lodi Township. The sale lists forty acres appraised at 1000 dollars a sixteen and seventy three hundredths acre tract at 300 dollars and other parcels with appraisals totaling 5050 dollars. Cash terms.
