Ohio Governor C William O Neill returned to his hometown of Marietta to launch his bid for re election before 1500 South eastern Ohio Republicans in the largest Marietta rally to date. He touted highway construction mental health and education gains while noting tax relief and belt tightening. The speech followed an aerial tour with stops in Cleveland Troy and Columbus.
