A revised brief was filed Wednesday removing an introductory paragraph and tightening spacing but keeping the same arguments. Kelly remains jailed on a seven year sentence after 17 felonies and one misdemeanor related to his time as sheriff and campaign. He seeks overturning and vacating convictions and sentence, with no timetable yet for a decision or whether oral arguments will be held.
