One man bus tour fighter challenges ICC rules

Scotty Milloy, owner of Highland Tours Inc., argues his single coach service should be allowed to take Florida students to Washington and other states. The Justice Department backs him, while the ICC previously ruled the nine year old bus could not expand northward, saying it might harm Greyhound and Continental Trailways and the public interest. Milloy calls the decision absurd and says he only wants to educate children with historic trips.

Brothers Fight State Pro s in Ohio Meat Inspection Battle

John and Terry Tucker of Marshallville lead small meat packers in a legal challenge to Ohio meat and poultry inspection. They secured a temporary restraining order and injunction against Secretary Stackhouse as they push for legislative action to keep the state program.
