Secret police said dancer Patricia Schmidt 21 of Toledo reiterated that the fatal shooting of John Lester Mee 33 of Chicago lawyer was an accident. Mee was shot in the neck Tuesday on board the Saura a 72 foot yacht in Havana harbor and died yesterday at Anglo American Hospital. An autopsy was planned. Miss Schmidt and Charles Jackson 27 of River Forest Ill have been held without formal charges since Saturday at the direction of Judge Manuel Mencia. The 72 hour period for holding without charge ends tomorrow noon.
