Elmer Jones posted $9000 cash for plat approval while a quarrel over limestone use and water line work delayed action. An emergency firemen pay ordinance and a salary issue for Capt. McBride were discussed as staff numbers and funding remain unsettled. Auditor’s Feb 29 balances were presented with total funds at $188,671.51.
