Jaycee lead spurs Athens teen center drive

The Jaycees, led by Shepard and Nitzschke, pushed estab lishing a teen center with help from Ward Schram at the Institute for Regional Development. A recreation committee and student advisory group will survey wants, meeting April 11 with YMCA leader Joseph Otzati to plan with former Gov. ONeill.
