Twelve people including the state Progressive Party director were arrested at the American Zinc Oxide Co. plant for contempt of court after picketing at the main gate began at 6 a.m. Judge Reynolds had banned all picketing following labor unrest. Arrests included Emerson Delacy and Louis Hahn among others.

Man uses dynamite to end own life in Hillsboro
Elmer Reed, about 50, killed himself yesterday by discharging dynamite under his shirt. Deputy Coroner W. M. Hoyt said Reed apparently set off the charge with a dry cell battery and a dynamite cap. Police Chief Harry L. Stark, serving since 1927, died yesterday here from a heart ailment.

15 Year Old Ohio Boy On Trial For Life
Bryan A 15 year old Ervin Arthur Bud Ingle faces trial for first degree murder in the slayings of Mr and Mrs Gabriel. Coroner Paul H. Hohly said Floyd Parsons aged 19 would be questioned today in the carbon monoxide death of his fiancée Helen May Gibson age 17 of Neapolis Ohio. Miss Gibson's body was found Sunday on the front seat of Parsons automobile parked in a wooded area about a mile from Neapolis. The couple who planned to marry in June had not returned from a Saturday night date. Parsons is being treated for carbon monoxide poisoning.

Bomb Wrecks Inn in Geauga County No Injuries Reported
