Nude Portraits in Gallery But Not Nightclub Case
Judge Francesco Greco ruled that a nude portrait may hang in a gallery but not in a nightclub. He gave 30 days to remove the painting of German actress Lisa Schneider from the nightclub wall amid a dispute raised by Italian artist Novella Parini and Miss Schneider who sought to restrict display to appropriate venues.
