Three in custody tied to I-85 fire and collapse

Georgia investigators arrested Basil Eleby, Sophia Bruner, and Barry Thomas after interrogations tied them to a fire beneath I-85 near Piedmont Road that caused a partial collapse. Eleby faces criminal damage charges while Bruner and Thomas face criminal trespass charges. Spicer links sanctuary city status to Chicago crime surge
