Arraignment Postponed in Kimberly Assault Case
Charles Martin age 18 of Kimberly faced an indefinite postponement of his arraignment on a criminal assault charge after the prosecuting attorney refused a defense request to reduce the charge to assault and battery. He was indicted for the February 17 crime against a 25 year old Murray City woman. A 16 year old Kimberly youth, also charged with the same offense and held on bond to the juvenile court, faces disposition pending Martin's case.
