Among 41 churches in the conference, 33 were represented with over 100 attendees at sessions and evening services. Rev A B Reaves of Winder elected chairman for next year and Claude Mayne named secretary treasurer. Next gathering moves to Corinth church in Walton county.

This evening at 7 30 the flower show at the Hiawassee Settlement House opens after widespread planning and dreaming. Judges are Mrs. E K Lumpkin and Miss Lucy Linton. The S M C Band will perform a special program and a box supper is included with the event.
Miss Elenora Linenkohl aged nineteen died after months of illness. She was daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Linenkhol and is survived by parents and siblings. Funeral from 165 Becker Street at 2:30 this afternoon with Rev. S. R. Grubb and Rev. R. E. Neighbour officiating. Interment at Oconee Cemetery. Pallbearers named H. W. Beusse Y. C. Harris William Eidson J. H. Becker W. B. Head G. T. Phillips.
At the Hiawassee Settlement Bible class, Mr. Chas. H. Newton discussed Daniel chapter five and Belshazzar's writing on the wall. He cited three weights by which men are judged by others conscience and God, stressing personal responsibility and the king's fate. Special music accompanied the thoughtful evening.
