Negro Arrested For Peering Into Councilman's Home
Will Eberhardt, about 40, was arrested by Capt. Seagraves and Officer Gentry on disorderly conduct after being spotted at the side-yard window of Councilman R. T. Wright on Dougherty Street. He fled, was later identified at headquarters, and resisted, injuring a officer who toppled into an embankment near City Hall. He faces trial this morning.
