Born in Athens fifty seven years ago, he helped found Webb-Crawford Company and served as vice president and manager. He was active in civic affairs and a longtime Methodist, survived by wife Max Williams and son Ernest H. Youngkin Jr. plus a sister. Funeral at his Henderson Avenue home follows his death.
