Judge Ben Lindsey Fined for Contempt in Denver Case
Denver November 15 Associated Press reports Judge Ben J Lindsey of the juvenile court was found guilty of contempt and fined 500 dollars plus costs by District Judge Perry. Three days were allowed for appeal. The ruling followed Lindsey's refusal to disclose information from a confession he deemed privileged in the trial of Mrs Bertha Wright for murder. Wright was acquitted.
