Morse Denied Bail in Fifteen Year Federal Prison Case
New York November 11 Bail was denied for financier Charles W Morse who faces fifteen years hard labor after the U S circuit court of appeals refused release pending a writ of error. The decision leaves Morse in Tombs prison at least until December 2 when further arguments may be heard. His counsel argued the denial was without prejudice to renewal after a bill of particulars is filed.
