Special to the Banner. William Northen, 26, grandson of former governor J. Northen, died late Tuesday night in Asheville after health decline. He will be buried Thursday morning at 6:15 at his mother Mrs. Thomas H. Northen’s residence. Funeral plans not yet set. Northen, educated in Atlanta schools, graduated from the University of Georgia in 1911 and was noted for distinctions in Athens. Surviving relatives include aunt Miss Annie B.
