Oconee Street Methodist Church Holds Multiple Services
Three services at Oconee Street Methodist today aside from regular Sunday school. At 11 a.m. Rev Caldwell preaches on the Church with Glorious Things are Spoken of Thee Oh City. At 4 20 p m men and boys from 15 years up attend a dedicated service. The 8 15 p.m. song and praise service precedes Caldwell's farewell sermon at 8 30 p.m. Baptism and full connection occur at the evening service. Rev J R McClesky leads a zealous meeting, praising the faithful Barron and Rev F E Caldwell for his powerful preaching and the call to put Athens on God’s altar to end discord and crime.

Normal School Trustees Meet In Athens
State Normal School board met yesterday at eleven o clock to elect officers for the next term and reelect the entire faculty. President Hugh J Rowe was chosen with George A Mell as Secretary and Treasurer. The board praised President Branson for fine administration and adjourned to meet in Al Hanta in July with a brief routine session lasting three hours.
