In Fulton Superior Court on June 25 a petition seeks to enjoin a group of African American residents from obtaining or using a charter for a rival Grand Lodge of Knights of Pythias. The suit alleges a colorable imitation of The Grand Lodge Knights of Pythias of Georgia, fraud and misappropriation of emblems by the defendants and their associates.
