A warrant was sworn for Robert W. Woods cashier of Citizens Bank and Trust Company which closed recently charging embezzlement. Bonds posted and Woods released quietly. The bank faces a $30 000 shortage reported by state bank examiners who will continue inquiry as reorganizing directors plan to reopen the bank by July 27 with a stockholders meeting set for the first Wednesday in July.

Trolley Pole Crash Delays Traffic on Hancock Avenue
Last night at 8 30 traffic paused on Hancock avenue as trolley posts were torn from the ground. The accident occurred when an outgoing street trolley struck a guy-wire, tearing four posts from their bases. Electric Company workers Prater Daves Hodges and Winters quickly restored the posts and cleared the roadway.
