Sermon on Suffering and Faith in a World of Doubt
A fragment from Br. Hill's commencement sermon reflects on yesterday's lessons and the peril of living for today without God. It contrasts Christian courage with worldly pride, urging believers to seek definite religious conviction and act as "brotherly" figures, lifting others toward spiritual freedom. The passage cites figures like Valjean and the Prisoner of Chillon while exhorting perseverance in faith and moral responsibility.
