A table offers 48c silks in navy rose tan and green with many floral designs plus 27 inch Latin Mesalines not under 75c. Popular floral silks touted for spring and summer fashion with shops noting prices seldom below 75c or 85c, but this table offers 48c choice.
A small table of silk fabrics shows 78c bargains including striped pongee for sport dresses and suits. White washable satin and fancy striped China silks offered yard wide, colors blue pink green black, with prices around 78c to 1.25 each. Some shepherd plaid taffeta compares to a 1.25 table, while other yard wide taffetas are priced under 1.00.
Table No.5 offers Crepe de Chine forty inches wide in many colors for street or evening wear plus silk Poplin yardage in various colors. Also available solid color Taffeta and Satin Messalines in 30 plus colors, including White and Black. Advertised price 89 cents per yard, with no guarantees.
Table No 6 presents Crepe de Chine in 21 colors and Taffeta in 19 colors plus Shirting Crepes and White Moire. Silk and chiffon pieces are priced during the sale with many fabrics marked at 1.28 per yard after initial higher prices and limited stock in Navy Black White and other shades.
