Higher Yet Believer Forecasts 20 Cent Cotton Soon
Mr John Bostwick predicts higher cotton prices in the next season. From Georgia he cites ginners reports showing about 90 percent of the crop ginned and a total around 9 800 600 bales. He argues supply will be 3 000 000 bales below last year's demand, pushing prices to 20 cents per pound before the new crop arrives. Others share this view and hold cotton as faith in rising prices.
