Yesterday morning El Brown a small boy was arrested for stealing corn from Mr. T. W. Powell's field in this city. Powell swore out the warrant. Judge Foster will hear the case. The boy had corn in his possession and says a white man gave it to him. He will be allowed to name the white man or face punishment in the Rang.
