Mrs. D W Bailey and her two children escaped serious harm after a runaway on Oconee Street. The horse bolted past Klein and Martin’s, threw one child, broke the buggy at the bridge, and dashed away. All survived with only severe bruises and were later cared for at home in East Athens.
