After more than two months away in Louisiana helping flood victims Miss Dickson executive secretary of the Athens chapter of the American Red Cross has returned to Athens and resumed duties. She spent two months in Plaquemines parish supervising feeding and sheltering nearly a thousand destitute residents as floodwaters rose. She said the experience felt like going to another country but was essential and now back on the job with flood work behind her. Her hours begin Tuesday from 10:20 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:00 with interviews and office visits available by appointment.
