The German government has annulled the July peaceResolution demanding annexations and indemnities from the Allies. The session adjourned until tomorrow morning with the trial expected to last several days.

Dr A M Soule state food administrator ordered the Georgia Candy Produce Company at 1 street closed for a week after selling flour without required substitutes. A 24 pound flour purchase by a Black customer violated rules, with a sign posted on the storefront. Officials say enforcement will be strict and publicity wider across Georgia.
A college baseball game is set this afternoon on Sanford Field between the Georgia Varsity and the Milledgeville cadets. Georgia, with nine games played this season and two losses, will lineup likely as Mott in right field and other starters listed. Milledgeville will counter with Johnson in left and Easterlin captain at short, among others.
Superior court opened its term with the grand jury. Judge Cobb urged thorough inquiry into a possible conspiracy to intimidate liquor case witnesses and to report perjury. Alys Lispy pleaded guilty to unlawful liquor possession. two other selling cases were not pressed. John Mayne was acquitted of assault to murder. Ed Few Clothes mentioned.
Washington April 15. American and French naval and merchant ships will comb all trade lanes until every trace of the missing 19,000 ton collier Cyclops is found or exhausted. Secretary Daniels doubts the vessel could vanish without leaving evidence and orders full-route searches from Barbadoes to present, with bays and beaches scrutinized.
