Expulsion of Senators in Sacraments Senate Vote Record
In Sacramento on February 28 the senate expelled Senators Emmons Bankers Wright and French for bribery after a committee report. Bankers and French were expelled by 34 votes with no negative ballots. Wright was expelled 33 to 0 after arguing for separate consideration. Mrs Emmons attended at her husband’s desk. she later left.

Under a circuit court writ of execution in Umatilla County Oregon the sheriff will offer at public sale the real property described in the judgment against Frank Wells to satisfy a total of 290 plus 220 attorneys fees and 1310 other costs. The sale is set for March 4 1905 at 2 PM at the Pendleton court house front door. Proceeds apply to the judgment and costs.
