Pioneer of Umatilla County Mrs Waldon Dies at Milton
Mrs. Sarah Waldon a Milton area pioneer of over fifty years died suddenly at her home one mile east of Milton. Born July 12, 1850 in Collingwood Ontario she moved to Oregon in 1877 and settled near Weston. She was married to Peter Waldon in 1879 and leaves six children two from a former marriage William Potts of Athena and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving siblings include Robert Walker Dufur Agnes Thompson and others in Walla Walla.
