Alexander McDonald Dead In Walla Walla Homestead
Alexander McDonald died at his Walla Walla home on Saturday afternoon from Bright's Disease. Born in Cornwall Canada, he lived in Canada until 1875 then farmed near Walla Walla and ran a barber shop before farming in the valley. He spent years in California for health, returned recently, and was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church and Woodmen of the World. He leaves his wife, a son, a daughter, two brothers Harvey of Walla Walla and George of Pullman, and a sister Mrs A O Worthington. Funeral was at M E church in Walla Walla on Monday.
