Coal restrictions issued by Fuel Administration guidance

The Saturday Afternoon Club of Weaton presents Our Minister's Honeymoon in Ath ena next Tuesday April 28 to aid French and Belgian relief. Thirty local performers, with Mrs J Williamy directing and A W Lun Jelly as music director, will be joined by Weston Orchestra. A street parade starts at 7 pm with the band, featuring Uncle Alex and Sally Ann. Admission 15 and 50 cents. The event at the High School Auditorium.

The Great Laurant Tonight at Red Cross Benefit

Laurant the Man of Many Mysteries appears in the High School auditorium this evening as the third act in a Red Cross benefit series. He expects a capacity house and has declined vaudeville offers to focus on lyceum work. He holds a gold medal from the Society of American Magicians and will present four artistic magic acts tonight.

W. S. S. sales rise as Athena leaders push War Sayings Stamps, with a committee of I. S. LeGrow and Mrs Roos Phompsomy reporting no refusals. In Um atilla county past month stamps outsold every other county including Multnomah and Belt. Roy Burke suffers severe head injury from a belt mishap while repairing a motor at Burke & Son Garage, as concrete work begins for new sidewalk on Mass south side from Second to OW.
