Best Year In City's History Promises Growth For Atchison
Atchison business leaders predict a steady expansion with about half a million dollars already earmarked for industrial and home building this year. Projects include Will sbury Flour Mills Co. 200000 and Steinite Laboratories 100000 plus a Catholic School and local improvements. Additional “in the air” ventures could boost totals, while widespread optimism marks the city’s cautious growth strategy rather than a boom.
