Lighthouse Woman Drowns In cistern Near Home
Mrs. Ezra Withy, 30, was found drowned in a cistern about a mile west of Lighthouse near her home last Wednesday morning. The coroner ruled accidental drowning after an inquest. she had awakened her husband the night before, and it is believed she slipped into an uncovered cistern while walking in the dark. Burial held at Franklin Grove.

The annual meeting was held Saturday at the home of President A W Crawford with about three hundred stockholders present. Directors were elected with W Crawford 348 votes Henry Oss 319 F M Blowers 338 and others with James Leake 115 William Woolcott 104. six directors retained. A metaliton line from Klin Grove to Rochelle and from Klin Grove to Dixon was completed marking a year of rapid advancement.

Died at Home in Oregon After Apoplectic Stroke
