Immer Resident Henrietta Bartlett Dies in West Chicago
Henrietta Bartlett aged 72 died at her son Lester Bartlett’s home at 10 Chicago Street on Friday morning November 24 1922. Born Henrietta Mott May 6 1850 in Ogdensburg New York she moved west and settled near Ashton in 1864. She married Gustavus A Bartlett in Rockford November 17 1868 and lived in West Chicago for about 50 years. Survived by sons Harry of Los Angeles California and Lester of West Chicago and a twin brother in Bowling Green Missouri. Funeral service at Lester’s residence Monday at 1 pm conducted by Rev. W F Osbourn. interment with husband and daughter Essie in Oakwood cemetery.

Obituary of Mrs A Herwig of Dysart Iowa
Mrs Catherine Herwig born December 27 1857 in Heinebach Germany came to America at 11. She married Adam Herwig in 1880 and moved from Bradford Illinois to Benton County Iowa in 1885 then Dysart in 1916. Survived by husband three children two sisters and three brothers five grandchildren and many friends. Funeral at Evangelical Peace church Dysart with Rev Paul Kitterer on Sunday. Burial in Dysart cemetery.
