Victory Loan Drive set for Lee County next Monday
A county wide Victory Loan drive is planned with Ashton township tasked to raise 41 100 and Bradford 36 560 and Reynolds 80 800. Subscriptions will be accepted at the city hall starting seven in the morning with a committee on hand. The loan offers 434% notes for four years dated May 20 1919 with interest due December 15 and June 15. A Victory Loan meeting at the High School Auditorium Friday will feature John H. Byers and other speakers to urge support and attendance.

The Thursday night Centenary Group meeting lists a full program from 5 p.m. devotions to 8 p.m. talks and intercession with pledged contributions for the Victory Loan.
