Wellington September 17 The Arbitration Court at Napier found the Wairoa butcher guilty of breach of award but did not fine him after the employer paid back wages. The secretary of the Butchers Union argues the man performed general hand duties, while the employer faced costs to attend the hearing. The total back pay involved amounts to 9.35 pounds, with the worker to receive no claim.
