Ashburton By-Laws Propose Speed Limits for Motor Vehicles

Public notice from the Ashburton Borough Council outlines motor vehicle speed restrictions within the borough. It sets that East and West Streets limit to ten miles per hour and other streets to twelve. corners and crossings capped at six. A special meeting on July 8th, 1912 will consider adoption, with force effective July 16, 1919. Town Clerk Alfred McClure signs.
