Fire alarm keys distributed to local stores and hotels
Keys for fire alarm boxes are placed at numerous stores hotels and livery stables in Cookman avenue Main street Bangs Cookman avenues Emory street and other locations. A glass front box will hold keys under each alarm and breaking the glass grants access. False alarms incur fines and imprisonment.

New Jersey Medical Society to Meet in Asbury Park
The Medical Society of New Jersey will hold its 127th annual meeting at West End Hotel in Asbury Park starting June 28 for two days. About 200 to 300 delegates, including most leading state doctors, will attend. Arrangements are by Drs Johnson, Mitchell, A A Higgine, T Price, and J Howard Pugh. The society last met in Asbury Park three years ago and in Atlantic City the prior year.
