Fire destroys Freehold store and two dwellings
Fire of unknown origin early yesterday morning destroyed the general store and two dwellings in West Freehold. The blaze consumed the store and the dwelling occupied by Charles Allen and owned by Elwood Matthews, then spread to the Robinson dwelling. The Atkinson residence was saved. Loss about 9000 dollars insured.
