In a Fremont home at 4975 Yellowstone Park Drive Mrs. John Kornher hosted an afternoon tea to greet new members of the Newcomers Club of Fremont. About a dozen women attended as President Mrs. Rudy Dettenrieder extended the official welcome and shared refreshments with Mrs. Kornher, Mrs. Alfred Miller, Mrs. Reimers, Mrs. Oliver Adams, and Mrs. Cliff Oliver among the honored guests.

A slate of new officers for the Washington Township Unit of Churchwomen United plans a December 5 strategy meeting at 10 a.m. at Mrs. O. T. Hinman’s Fremont home to chart next year’s course.
