Past star at Niles Library fete honors local history
Fremont Friends of the Library sponsor a anniversary event at the Fremont Community Center featuring Wilma Prewitt of the Washington Township Historical Society, John Sandoval of Sparks Newspapers, and Harold Booth unveiling a painting. The exhibit highlights Niles history in a collage centered on the old library building. Prints of Booth's painting will be sold for proceeds to Friends Projects for area libraries.
