Washington Township BPW to Install New President in May
Vera Brown will become president of the Washington Township Business and Professional Women's Club at a May 13 installation at Lorelei Restaurant in Fremont. The club plans belly dancing instruction, women’s legislation work, and projects aiding disadvantaged children. Brown, a longtime Washington High School teacher, now handles real estate, decorating, weaving, and stitchery. The event, led by Bay Valley District president Aline Neal, includes installation of other officers and a 6:30 p.m. cocktail hour followed by dinner.
