BART Tax Rate Would Increase for Alameda County
Alameda County residents face about a 1 cent rise in the BART tax rate next year under a proposed 1949 70 budget of 5.8 million dollars. Three Fremont students Edward Kurtz Sandra Kring and William MacGregor were named National Merit Scholarship winners by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.
