Fremont readers are invited to a new Champagne Brunch at Brawley’s Restaurant on Mowry Avenue near Nimitz. Starting Sunday August 1 at 10 a.m., manager Dave Scribner and assistant Karen Miles promise a roomy Parlor Car Dinimg hall and a menu featuring eggs Benedict, hangtown fry, gourmet omelette, and champagne with brunch orders.
